    Singapore Trip

Went to Sg some time back. This is me looking pale, anemic and tired after a long day of traveling. There is so much walking when u go abroad. SG airport has 3 terminals + budget terminal. Got to walk so far, up and down to places. Now I remember why I was so well toned last time. Lots of exercise while going around SG. One funny incident: the admin at the immigration counter praised that I have ears of Buddha. (*^0^*)<<<

Anyway, this is purely a business trip with mum. Thus don't have much time for sight-seeing or activities. I just grab some moments in between to meet up with my long time childhood friends.

Here we are at Bugis Junction: our favourite hang out place in secondary school. A lot of shops still the same, the same kinokunia, the same restaurant, the same everything with a few new shop and extentions. But.....there are a lot a lot more people then the last time I visited.

Vic took this for me........I look short.
My dear cute friend Vicky. Make up V.S no make up.................. Guess it is high time I put some make up on for close up shots.

The woman who is vainer then me: Vicky. She will die before she walk out of the house without make up on. For this meeting with me she brag that she shaved all her leg hair and arm hair for me. ( I am so touched ?? ) Haha... She purposely dress up in pink and white mini skirt to see me as if going to meet up with a handsome date. I felt honoured in a way. We grew up seeing the worst side of each other, so nothing to hide.

With a 10cm difference in height now thn I realize..............it is so tough to take a picture together. So hard to get a nice angle for both of us. This is the best already. >_<

Bugis !! Next time then come shop agian.

Vicky and me... We are totally different in style and looks. We are good friends that walk together and never look like clones of each other. I saw that sometimes in some girls. They dress the same, have the same hair style etc. If they have same height they look like twins from the back. I am glad we are different individuals with different style and taste. Though we enjoy the same food and cute things. ^^~

I taught her a new angle to look taller. See her leg looks long right? Vic said she grew taller maybe got 158cm now.

This is the place where mum and I stayed. Nice budget hotel. I like it a lot. It is nice, simple, clean, new. Other than no bath tub and grand look, I think it is not any worst than any 5 star hotel. Ibis Hotel.
View from the room. Can see Guan Yin Temple.

Plasma TV can watch tv while on the bed. Very nice. Though I never like the idea of having a tv in my room.
I love the glass door, simple and functional.

    Evreything u need is here.

    Better than Japan budget hotel.

I kind of like the simple wood design. Maybe next time I can set my room like this.

Nice, clean beds with soft lightings.

Mei Mei and me. My primacy school fren. She look almost the same as she was at 16. ^^~ Haha.. I have the same hair style and wear spec too at that time. She used to be super skinny. Now life too good become more meaty. Her face is so round now that I was kind of shocked.

Secret Canteen in Changi Airport for workers there. Only locals know about it. It is located at a secluded area enter through at side lift at one of the terminals. It is open to everyone too. Saw a lot of travellers there too. The other restaurants are way too pricy. This food court is clean, nice and cheap. ^^~~~ Selling everything at the same price as outside.
