    Egg Nog

Hello people I know I have been off the blog for a long long time. I can't even remember when was the last entry. OH MY GOD. This is my FIrst blog post in year 2011!!! Oh wow. And it was more than 4 months since I last blogged! I never abandon my blog it is just somehow I never get to blog all this while.

Guess being in the clinical years with heavy workload, it is inevitable. From now on I will just do some random updates when I am free.

I have ONE MAjor thing to report: Right now I can really understand how lucky it is that you get to sleep at night. Soundly, comfortably in your own bed for up to 8 hours at one go. That's like a blessing. Oh...how sweet is sleep, how soothing is sleep, how wonderful is sleep... Let us just fall asleep~ ( sing along with any nice tune u have in mind.)

Why the Egg Nog ? I have no idea. While laughing insanely over " Big Bang Theory" and also realizing how much I have in common with those 4 comical geeks of which means I am a great geek/nerd too. While that <- goes on I came across this: Egg Nog. ( of which Penny was drinking with rum at that time.) Seriously I think I never had it before, though I heard numerous times about it on the TV. So what exactly is it?

    Here from the Wiki:

Eggnog, or egg nog, is a sweetened dairy-based beverage traditionally made with milk and/or cream, sugar, beaten eggs (which gives it a frothy texture), and liquor. Brandy, rum, moonshine, or whisky is sometimes added; and the finished serving would be garnished with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon or nutmeg.

Eggnog is a popular drink throughout the United States and Canada, and is usually associated with winter celebrations such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year. Commercial non-alcoholic eggnog is typically available only in the winter season. Eggnog may be added as a flavouring to food or drinks such as coffee andtea. Eggnog as a custard can also be used as an ice cream base.

Mmm.........sounds not my taste at all and kind of weird. The milk is fine but adding raw egg in it and adding rum? That totally taste funny. Ok. To give it justice I need to taste it first. May need to wait for some time before I get my chance to try it. Or I can get the recipe and make my own
concoction. Yes. That's me. Always getting fascinated by tiny funny things around and looking them up online.

Currently am focusing very hard on how to maintain my own health at the most optimal level as to avoid disastrous consequences of possible infections around hospital. I caught a bad viral/bacterial infection a few weeks ago and end up having on and off high grade fever, flu, cough...the list can go on and on. It was nightmare! No wonder I can't go online and blog! Ha. GTG. Need to wake up at 7am. --> Night mare. FYI: I am a night walker. :P So you can imagine how sunlight affects me. " Ah.....hot! Glaring. Pain. I am feeling dizzy." = this sums what I think of waking up too early in the morning.

Night people~ Don't miss me. p/s: I am the narcissistic Aquarius and this is all the reason I can brat about how narcissist I am.
