    Health Supplements = Healthier Body ?

    The following was taken inside my aunt's house with her permission of course. (*^o^*)<<< She and other aunties ( my dad's sisters) were all vegetarians, Buddhism practitioner, promoter and very health conscious in a....interesting way.

    Her house only use olive oil and grape seed oil for cooking. Kind of expensive compare to other oils. Oh well, prevention of atherosclerosis?

    "Xian Dan", magic pills which you may have seen in those Chinese Kong Fu movies. Someone was beaten half dead but once one pill enter your mouth, immediately will revive. :P
    Kidding. Just some herbal pills from Chinese Med for health supplement.


    Cereal. Hard to eat good for health. My mum is a firm believer in it too. Me....I am like die also don't want to eat it.
    Red hair moss. Some thing good for health to go with rice. My auntie's place is stock up with all sorts of this type of food. Good for health, good for bones, good for eyes....etc...

    This is good for everything and can even cure cancer: Tian Ren Di Bao Cha. Heaven Human Earth Precious Tea with contain Ging Seng and other herbs. Small box of 10 sticks like this cost RM100.... Amazing. U need to be rich to be able to afford health foods.

    The cabinet beside the kitchen. I asked my aunt ( 72 years old now). When do you have time and stomach to eat all this everyday? She used Western med, food supplement and also CHinese supplements too.

    The Famous : Tei Nui Yun Gong San. Iron Bull Power Powder. It has always been there since I was young.

    Fresh tomato from the farm. Very cute looking and different from tropical tomato. This one got shape. ^^~ My aunt and uncle has retired and now is part time farmer.

    It is interesting to know how other people take care of their body. Eat so many things. She has so many and a lot hidden behind cupboards. So far all these are placed on the side tables within reach.
    New fruit that I have never ever see before. Aunt said one of her friend gave her that to try.

    Cranberry for prevention of UTI.

    11 types of things for long life. Aunt order this as her friend said it is very very good for health. Now they eat that everyday. Got green bean, red bean, peanut etc...

    I told my aunt she must try live to at least 100 or else all these is going to waste. My great grandparents and grandparent all lived over 85 without all these.

    Anyway, all in all it is good for elder people to have some supplements if their diet is insufficient.
