Boss Raped me, says shop keeper.
KUANTAN: A 17-year-old shop assistant has claimed that her employer raped her in his house in Raub on Monday.
Following that right under it another head line:
Teenage gang-raped for 12 days after accepting lift.
A TEENAGER who took up an offer by four strangers to send her home was gang-raped by them for 12 days in a house in Kuantan, reported Sin Chew Daily.U all can proceed for further details from www.thestar.com.my . There is no need for elaboration on such matters. It was only 2 days ago when I am complaining about the state of horrifying cases of incest in Malaysia. And now...2 more cases of rapes again. -_-... I feel very very unhappy and sad for women to be abused in such a way.
However, I do notice something weird about the teenage gang-rape case. I remember reading about another news article not too long ago. It was a pair or 3 teenage sisters age from 15-18 ( if I remember correctly), they too accepted lift from COMPLETE STRANGERS! A free ride home is just a free ticket to hell for them.
What happened to " Mummy and Daddy always say Do not talk to strangers. Never follow strangers to go anywhere. Never take or eat anything given by stranger."?????????
In both cases, the victims are not primary school kids but teenagers reaching adulthood. The most recent one is 19 years old. Don't tell me they do not understand about the simple fact regarding the Danger of a Stranger? The similarity do not end here, in these 2 cases the rapists all offered a FREE RIDE. -_-.....................
Why in the world under normal condition will any sane person accept a lift from complete stranger. Somehow in these 2 cases unless there is some absolute reasons behind, you can almost say this to the victims : " You brought it on to yourself." The latest one was even more amazing in the way that: a single 19 year old girl entering a car with 4 guys she don't know. Don't they realize the danger? Since she is smart enough to run away and report to the police. I am sure she is not mentally challenged or have any disability in anyway. ( not mensioned). I can't help but comment that these girls were too careless about the situation. I never hear anyone accepting rides from strangers in Malaysia. Or is it becoming a new trand I am unaware of???
Whatever it is. Girls out there Please be more alert and careful. Do not let yourself have the chance to be the next victim.
Ok...I am sounding very naggy. I just hope that this can raise a bit of self-awareness in more people about self-protection. Maybe due to the fact that I have been staying outside since young, I am very alert about self-protection. Beware of thief, robber, environment, suspicious-looking people etc...
It is never too much to be more careful especially for young girls.
