Tiger massage for You~ It is yellow and it is cute. I am not sure is this thing suppose to be call as massager or not. Due to long hours in a sitting position I always suffer from cramps and body aches. I try to stand up and walk around every 30mins as often as possible. But sometimes it is just impossible to do so. ( Usually I forgot)...And my poor back and shoulders.......pain pain pain. Day and night just pain.

Haha... what a definition. Anyway I am trying out the Chinese way of slimming my legs. Hit on the "acupoints" to help blood circulation. Hit till a bit pain along the lateral side of your thigh down towards the ankle. Reapeat the same for medial side of the leg. Hit from medial malleolus and up towards the root of your thigh. Do the same for the other leg for 5 mins each everyday. Some girls claimed that it worked. Since more than a handful of girls said so....oh well. At least it is good for blood circulation.
Discovered that after a long holiday my legs are getting weaker and my stamina is totally zero. I can't even run to class carrying a thick fat book. Half way I got to stop and catch my breath. Upon reaching my seat....my knees gave way.... I fel sharp pains in my thighs...OK... lack of exercise.
Once confirmed it works effectively I will inform everyone who wishes to slim their fatty things.
