    which 3 in 1 is more fattening? Milo, milktea or coffee?

    Night is cold and I am hungry...Brother been complaining I look fat and going on to obese...okok..I got it. Enough nagging from mum and now my own fat brother is saying the same thing. I know I know...I may have gain a lot of weight. And yes I know...I can not fit into a lot of my clothes already ( thankful that I bought looser clothings in the beginning.) Time for a serious weight control programme again... I should have never eaten those bottles of chocolates and drank those cokes...I know I pig out too much on snacks....


    Ok...here I am talking about loosing weight and taking out fattening high sugar content stuff to drink. Out of curiosity I flip them over have a look at their calories.


    Which one you think has the highest calories??


    At first I thought is MILO.

    These 3 are the most common/ can be found any where 3 in 1 mix.

    Truth reviewed:



    MILO: per 100g is 390Kcal


    MilkTea : per 100g is 477kcal





    Coffee: per 100g is 463kcal.

    Conclusion: Drink MIlo from now on ..........it has the least calories : 390kcal.............

    Unbelievable. Anyway, girls weight control is a lifestyle. It is not a temporary diet camp. That's why a lot of us our weights are like yoyo going up and down. Stop eating junk food....byebye ...
    Hopefully reach target weight in 2 months time.

    Actually u know what's best? Don't take 3-in-1...cos the creamer they use are usually the fattening type and the amount of sugar is too much to be healthy. Make ur own Milo, minus the sugar, and using low fat milk powder. Much healthier!

    Urgh...losing weight is a bitch indeed.
