    My New Baby kiss kiss

Hello everyone, I have been as usual 'very busy' all the time. But I still take sometime off to do a little typing here and share what I am up to recently. This is the latest and one of my most treasured possessions: HTC HD2 . I am still thinking up a name for it. Haven't decide yet.

You can find out more information about this baby online and everywhere...so I am not going to talk much about its specifications and all. One thing I am really proud of is it is from Taiwan. Always support your own country's product. Anyway most IT items from Taiwan anyway. Haha.

Open~ Wow...Bling...It felt kind of huge at first but after a few days I am totally used to it and find my old hp kind of small. Haha.

The leather casing that does not come with the pda. My uncle told me Taiwan is cheaper....but still..............sigh.........This leather pouch cost RM90...heart ache. This month is a total wallet bleeding month.

This baby is just exactly as what ever is said on the net. And the more I touch it the more I am in love with it. Though basically it is still just a PDA and nothing amazing. Still.....it is very pretty and got lots of nice stuff in it. Hopefully this baby will survive long enough.

All in all I am very very happy with everything about this baby. ^^~~ yeah. I am going to learn how to utilize it better. Now I can email and do a lot of stuff at various wifi points. ^^

    Happy Anniversary for my Blog.

Happy Anniversary to My Blog!! It is Two Years old.

Wow! Time really pass by really really FAST!

I didn't even notice it till just now when I saw my visitor counter : Since April 2008. There are lots of ups and downs and this blog was opened and closed several times. Page layout changed, everything changed. Except the visitor count, me and my cats. Haha.

Haha. Kat Kat is really handy somethings to help display my things. Recently bought 2 new books. Oxford Handbook of clinical medicine 8th edition: this is edition is really much improved and worth buying. I love all the new pictures and new layouts. ^^~~~ Sometimes it is even call the bible for some in wards.

    The famous " sunflower" paediatrics book~~~ ^^ ~~~

My new bag bag from warehouse. Love it. So nice to carry around.

I haven't start on the "My life in France", however I have finished : "Making rounds with Oscar" by DR David Dosa in 2 days time. You can google for pictures of Oscar online. It is a really cute tabby cat. ^^~~~~ At first i thought it is a book about Oscar the cat and the doctor. But actually it is more like a book about the doctor and his experience with advanced dementia patient and their families. By trying to find out more about the mysterious 'talent' of Oscar, the doctor get to understand more about how the patient and families deal with the diseases. This is written by Dr David Dosa who works in nursing and rehabilitation center, specialize in geriatrics. A very touching book. It helps me to learn more about life, death, how people view diseases and how they struggle through it. At the end of the day the big great names we all try to help label our patients through diagnosis does not matter at all. It is about how one can live on with their own life after having the disease. How long will I live? Can I walk? Can I talk? Will I remember my name ?
etc............It give me a better picture about medicine. What you read in text book is all: disease presentation, clinical features, pathophysiology, treatment, management, investigation. Nothing about what will affect the patient's life and family. What we can do is use our imagination and relate oh...if patient got below knee amputation:.....can he drive? There are still a lot to learn and explore.

What I like best is the last line in this book: by the way, at the end of my days. I prefer the cat over ICU. Apparently Oscar is also very popular online. I have read about him some month ago in some news about this special cat who can tell when someone is going to die soon. There maybe scientific explanation for how the cat can detect death but I prefer to think the cat is a special angel for accompany the family at the end.

The bracelet i got con into buying. It is written 50% off....and I didn't know till I am paying that the price tag on it is AFTER discount. RM50...vomit blood.

I never realize there is a face on the shirt...........till I am home..-_-

    GAP GAP GAP..
I am Mad so I shop Gap... my first Gap shopping....and end up.......hahaha..............

Mum gonna ask why I have paint on my pants. She will not think it is a nice piece of art.

    Haha

    Boring hair curling moment.

    Great BUy

Hello. Everyone. I AM Happy today though it didn't start so well. Got waken up by mum's call and asked to run errant all the way downtown early in the morning. The DHL in Jalan Sultan Ismail Suppose to be open on SUnday is CLOSED!!! XXX ( think of something to curse). The Sun is bright and shiny and .....It felt like desert. I called the DHL service center again. The guy informed me they are suppose to be open. I am staring blankly at the Yellow Board with Operating Hour on the top: Sunday -- CLOSED.

So who can tell me what is happening? The DHL guy answered maybe closed for CNY. Yeah right, CNY has passed and what I saw hanging at the gate is not a special notice for CNY. It is a sign board that always has been hanging there. They Simple just don't work on Sunday. Luckily there is another DHL service pick up point at Pavilion. Yeah~~~ ( Then I found out they never pick up anything on Sunday, it is might as well I send it on Monday. But anyone it is one item off my To-Do list. )

While on the way out I pass through Espirit and just have a look before I head to the taxi stand. And to my great surprise at the Special mark down rack.... I found something that fits me!! Usually some of the nicer designs are all out of size except the tiny mini XS or XL.

The following are my purchases done within 10mins.
The basic colours and designs that can last forever and never go out of fashion. Haha... I can't be fashionable nowadays as I never got the chance to wear them much and before I know it... fashion is out. So better stick with the basics.

Though Espirit may be a bit pricy at times but the quality speak for itself. Some other brands like MNG or ZARA really depends on what you buy. The quality really sucks for some t-shirts that cost Rm100 or more. One wash in washing machine and gone............
But this the quality is not bad. Tough, durable and can withstand the hush condition of washing machine. Lazy me who hate to wash by hand. :P

Look at the amazing mark down. I feel very good and satisfied when I can find some thing I like and at a great discount.

Tata for now...I will update soon.

GoodBye My Dear, I can't live with out you.

Maybe it is true after all. Women do have very intense relationship with their shoes. Ask a middle age lady please describe your first boy friend in detail. Many will not even remember the name. But the lady will always remember the first pair of shoes she bought with her own money. ( Read it from some article).

Good bye my dear little pair of silver ballet shoes. I will miss you dearly. Even you are so rotten, smelly, stinky and falling apart soon. I still won't want to let you go. I pick these up from road side stall in Taiwan last year. Cost only Rm20. But this is the best shoes of the year. Comfy, soft, easy to wear and goes well any clothing. From formal to casual, skirt to pants. Simply everything. I wonder when will I ever be able to find back a pair of shoes like this. But....now I have to let it go. Old ones don't go news ones won't come. I am moving soon. I don't have space to keep old shoes I don't wear..... Sob sob sob..........I am so sad to say Goodbye to this little pair of shoes. I will miss you dearly my shoes.

So now I am going shoes shopping.....Hope to find another pair of great shoes. ^^~~~

    Fasionable in Mask?

Having a flu is no joke. It is so common that it is even named as THE Common Cold of which till the end of time ( unless someone brilliant find some cure or human evolve into a whole new level of "ungraded" version of human being. Maybe Homo Sapiens O.2 ) we are going to be stuck with it forever. No way of preventing it ( though there are vaccines, but still the chances are there), No cure, only symptomatic reliefs and sometime complication may occur and worsen the conditions.

Despite remedies from everyone, West or East....garlic pills, honey + lemon, Vitamin C etc...I am still catching cold after cold every now and then. ( I can't really recall...guess it is not that frequent and I often mix the Common cold up with my allergic rhinitis which started just as about the same way.)

I do find something very effective in reliving self and speed up the recovering time from common cold.

Sleep + wear Mask. ----> most effective way. Rest well, eat well, sleep well.

Note: Don't ask me where I got the following mask, all I know is from Taiwan, cutesy of my dear Mum with her weird sense of humor. I sometime wonder is it because she is bored with the normal white or plain coloured cloth face mask Or she simply just wanna make fun of us Or it is just her fashion sense. ANyway I will never find out as I am not going to ask her just yet.

Me with my Bunny face mask. I think mum thought Bunny is cute. But come on.....on a face mask? Only kids wear like this. Ok...she haven't gotten me a Hello Kitty one yet. I may consider where it outside. Hahaha.... -_-.... I really don't have the courage to wear this out in public ( especially in Malaysia. It is not a culture or usual to wear face mask here. ) Kind of awkward.

    Haha... Speechless...

More common. I think there are more " Exotic" and " Funny" type of face mask like the one where they draw a nose and funny mouth cartoon on one. That will be hilarious to wear.

Sorry due to over exposure of light unable to capture the true form of this mask. This is no ordinary white cloth mask or paper mask. It is made of metallic white shiny stuff. ( that's why it reflected the light so much.)
Me looking half- dead from non-stop blowing of nose and trying to dry my ever flowing mucus from my nose. This mask is black with the words:" Why" " Bad" written on it.
All in all I think the mask still looks alright on photo, but it looks much worst when in real life.

Am sincerely glad that the cold is finally over after I had a good rest. Next time I am not going to torture myself ever again by staying in class and continue all work when I am sick. It just prolong the sickness and condition gets worst and worst. Though some people will say it is just a small cold what is the big deal? Somemore go back home and sleep. Well....everyone is different. Just like the pain most female shared. Period pain or period cramps due to muscle contractions. Some people just felt nothing, some people can pain until hug stomach and roll on the floor. I seem one of my friend's mum like that. She had it real bad. No amount of medication or remedies can help reduce it. She is praying every single day for meno pause to come asap.

Talking about periods reminds me of this I saw on the website: http://dead-cockroach.xanga.com/720874280/apple-is-a-girls-best-friend/

Haha... What creative ideas people come up with. I especially love the part at the end of the video : Don't ask us tell you how it works. !!!! LOL.

    Haba Labo : Moisturizing Lotion

    Haba Labo: Moisturizing Lotion.

My skin type is dry. Means I don't have pimples unless I am stressed, anyhow eat, burning mid-night oils. I won't call this skin care product review as I am no expert. I just try out stuff according to my skin type and the ingredients in the product. I tend to choose the " Free-everything" type. Means no alcohol, no fragrance, no colouring, no mineral oil or what so ever that might irritate my skin. Thankfully so far I haven't encounter any allergic reactions to any product yet.

As my skin is dry and I tend to stay in dry Air-conditioned room for long period of time. I really need a lot of hydration. I don't care if ppl think I am vain by keep applying lip-gloss. I don't want to end up like people with lips that's cracking, swollen, skin peeling off, eh...pain and ugly.

Back to skin, it is the same. My toner just finished so as I walk around Guardian I saw this. It looks kind of familiar from some where. Anyhow I just try it out and see. ( Of course I had a careful look at all the ingredients being used in it.) It satisfied my needs so out cries my purse and Hello to Moisture lotion.

    The lotion:

Texture: Clear colour and kind of sticky.
After application: Feels hydrated and the stickiness just gone after a few seconds.
Used it for a few days so far so good. Not too bad. My skin did improved. I really feels safe with this product. Next time I am thinking trying out some other products from this brand.

So girls, if your skin is dry like mine you can try out and see.

New Bling Bling for New year.

What's the best way to get new stuff when your purse is empty? DIY and searching through store by store for cheap stuff is the way to go.

New year is here, every company's advertisement are fighting like mad with each other over the TV. New handphones, new fashion, new bags, new everything. I am salivating over all the delicious new gadgets. So shiny so pretty. But too bad...it is not a good idea to get a new gadget when your old one is still in great condition. Thus....Glam it up with crystals!

Shiny crystals on your hp. How?

    Basically there are 3 ways:
    1. Go to the nearest store or pasar malam fine a ready crystal sticker. Cut it stick it. Apply transparent nail polish for the finishing look.
    2. Buy your own crystals and stick it on by yourselves. ( a great pain)
    3. Go to the stall and ask someone stick on any design you like.

    Shiny shiny pink hearts.

I felt like I just got a brand new hp to carry around. ^^~~~ happy happy.
I know I didn't do a great job but I tried my best. The result is not too bad. U can just get this at pasar malam for RM5. So much cheaper and nicer than some I have seen selling in Shopping Malls which cost like Rm12. This is just plastic crystals, it won't shine as nice as the glass ones but still it shines. ^^~

    Hand made delicious Pudding.

Pudding pudding pudding. Yummy~ Got this from the 100 yen store ( where they sell not so cheap low quality stuff from Japan. Though a lot made in China )

Anyway, just got the urge to try my hand at this after seeing the cute display in shop. Got it for like Rm4.90.

Taken with my hp cam which is ultra-light lover. No light no nice pic.

No picture No evidence to proof I made this myself. So here it is: Me trying to figure out how to sew by reading the instruction provided. Roughly have some idea of how to do it by looking at the pic.

The rest of instructions are all in Japanese. Too bad mine is only limited to verbal, still can't read much yet. It would have been very helpful if I know which is which and how to sew it all together. Anyway, I just stare at the picture on the package and try to make something as similar as possible.
The orange and some green thing which I assume is decorative leaf.

Dada~~ The final product. Though it is not perfect but I am quite satisfied with the final result. Maybe next time I can make a few more. ^^~~ Hehehe.

My cute little pudding, you look so delicious that I just wanna give you a bite.

Meow:" What is it? Some thing for me?" ( Sniff, sniff)
Tiffany:" Come closer have a look."
    Meow:" Mmm...."

Meow:" Don't try to bluff me, my nose is super sensitive. I know it is NOT edible ok? U think I am that retarded fat cat lying outside? " ( Guess she is referring to Kat kat who had sustained brain injury when it was young.)

note: Do not be bluffed by the kitty cat's angelic face and big innocent eyes. They all very catty deep down inside. But I just love them for that. hahaha...

Yummy handmade Pudding. A surprise Xmas present for someone special or ( unlucky to get my 1st not so good product :P)

    Amazing new toy, anyone?

New toys. Anyone interested? Wish I can find them here in Malaysia....and if I am lucky to find, may have to pay double the price. :P

Love these sushi buns for the doggies. Yummy. I would love to have them on my table too.

Look how adorable they are. Bouncy, juicy as if they can't wait for anyone to pounce on them.

Coming up next is this.... old fashioned stove for cooking and mostly people just use it to toast their feet and some tit bits. Oh....must becareful who toast their feet there, you might not want something extra on your late night snacks. In actual fact, it is just a ash tray. But why in the world they have all these cute ash trays all over the place? can't they think up of something cute and useful anymore? Got the look and got the use thingy. I am not into drinking but a late night little glass of Jap plum wine is very good for the intestine, health and sleep.
Having kids who just love to have a Birthday cake and blow their candles? My nephew is just one of them too. We were some what forced to buy a little cake, sing a birthday song to nobody and blow the candles. Cakes are cheap but I hate them, except New York Cheese cake and home-made super thick chocolate cakes.

Look how great is this invention? You can light it up and auto-birthday song with a little hole where you can blow.
With many many cute designs to choose from too.
The auto sensor will off the light just as soon as ur kid blows it. Cute right??? Maybe I should order one from the net for my nephew.
