At popular demand, here comes the current updates of the pussy cat news.
The cats have been well and alive and getting fatter and fatter. I tried to limit their food intake but somehow or other someone will think that the cats haven't had their meal yet and give them an extra bite.

Normal Sunday afternoon in the life of a fat Kat Kat. What is it up to?

As usual. Sleep, eat, roll a bit, get pissed off, sleep, eat, roll around, get pissed off and sleep.

I can plainly see that Kat Kat is thinking :" I am king of the world."

From its expression: " I am pissed off. Get lost."

Kat Kat:" What is it you want?"

Kat Kat:" So?"
Kat Kat pissed off face. Haha. I just think it is such a pity. Maybe Kat Kat is never pissed maybe it is just its natural facial expression with the congenital pissed off face. Its born with it!

Oh........I am just so busy with everything. That's why no updates for a long time. Wait till my exams are over then I will be free to update daily. ^^...

My Occasional Struck of Artist in Me.

When study till half way, I will do something to calm myself down from the nervousness and stress. This time I just somehow fancy doing some paintings and drawings. I am really rusty from this sort of thing after so many years. Certainly my skill has become so bad that I feel very sad.......... As long long time ago, I always score the top in Arts when in school and I can paint such great water colours. Now I realize I forgot all the skills and I can't even paint well at all.

Guess my dream to be a Comic artist haven't been smashed yet. I can still draw a bit but not paint. Haha.
Some how I don't have the patient anymore to slowly paint and layer the colours on anymore. I used to spend 2-3 days painting one painting. Now...10mins I also feel agitated. Time changed and I changed too.

My favourite soft toys at the moment. I am sure those who reads my blog may recognize them.

Great BUy

Hello. Everyone. I AM Happy today though it didn't start so well. Got waken up by mum's call and asked to run errant all the way downtown early in the morning. The DHL in Jalan Sultan Ismail Suppose to be open on SUnday is CLOSED!!! XXX ( think of something to curse). The Sun is bright and shiny and .....It felt like desert. I called the DHL service center again. The guy informed me they are suppose to be open. I am staring blankly at the Yellow Board with Operating Hour on the top: Sunday -- CLOSED.

So who can tell me what is happening? The DHL guy answered maybe closed for CNY. Yeah right, CNY has passed and what I saw hanging at the gate is not a special notice for CNY. It is a sign board that always has been hanging there. They Simple just don't work on Sunday. Luckily there is another DHL service pick up point at Pavilion. Yeah~~~ ( Then I found out they never pick up anything on Sunday, it is might as well I send it on Monday. But anyone it is one item off my To-Do list. )

While on the way out I pass through Espirit and just have a look before I head to the taxi stand. And to my great surprise at the Special mark down rack.... I found something that fits me!! Usually some of the nicer designs are all out of size except the tiny mini XS or XL.

The following are my purchases done within 10mins.
The basic colours and designs that can last forever and never go out of fashion. Haha... I can't be fashionable nowadays as I never got the chance to wear them much and before I know it... fashion is out. So better stick with the basics.

Though Espirit may be a bit pricy at times but the quality speak for itself. Some other brands like MNG or ZARA really depends on what you buy. The quality really sucks for some t-shirts that cost Rm100 or more. One wash in washing machine and gone............
But this the quality is not bad. Tough, durable and can withstand the hush condition of washing machine. Lazy me who hate to wash by hand. :P

Look at the amazing mark down. I feel very good and satisfied when I can find some thing I like and at a great discount.

Italian Tomato Stew

I have not been blogging much due to up coming exam. When the study session gets tensed I will blog to release stress. Just anything that pops into my head and share with everyone. I like to do things in a quickie manner. Fast and well-done.

Today I am going to introduce something different for Tiffany's Experimental Kitchen

The Italian Tomato stew. ( recipe I gotten from magazine)

This is purely for tomato lover. It is truly really thoroughly TOMATO. It can go with toast or spaghetti or it can even be pour on top of rice and baked with cheese. Look at the picture from Left to right , top to bottom. I am sure you will be able to figure out which step of the cooking process it is.

The Basic ingredient:
-Vegetables: capsicum, tomato, broccoli.
-Meat: chicken or beef
-Some dry chili and fresh chili
-Garlic
-Tomato puree can

Cooking:
- Heat up oil and garlic till fragrant
- Stir fry the meat till cooked
- Pour in the already cubed vegetables.
- Add in tomato puree
- Stir, stew over low fire till the water form vegetable come out.
- Then add some herbs and it is ready !
- Add Salt, sugar, pepper to taste.

I Got a PSP for my Birthday!!

Wow....Nice. Super Milkio in PSP!! Wait a minute. No.....it is not. This is too thin~~~~~~~And the brand is Sunny not the original Sony. -_-.....

Ok. What a surprise Birthday card from my dear friend. I absolutely love it. Though I may not have a PSP, I never miss it. But it is great to have this PSP-look-alike card. It is on my table for display.Thanks, Muacks. Lots of kisses from Tiffany.

I am kind of sick of Hall Mark simple classy cards already. Kind of dull, so it is really refreshing to have something different for a change. But....oops......I shouldn't be complaining about what kind of present people are giving me.

GoodBye My Dear, I can't live with out you.

Maybe it is true after all. Women do have very intense relationship with their shoes. Ask a middle age lady please describe your first boy friend in detail. Many will not even remember the name. But the lady will always remember the first pair of shoes she bought with her own money. ( Read it from some article).

Good bye my dear little pair of silver ballet shoes. I will miss you dearly. Even you are so rotten, smelly, stinky and falling apart soon. I still won't want to let you go. I pick these up from road side stall in Taiwan last year. Cost only Rm20. But this is the best shoes of the year. Comfy, soft, easy to wear and goes well any clothing. From formal to casual, skirt to pants. Simply everything. I wonder when will I ever be able to find back a pair of shoes like this. But....now I have to let it go. Old ones don't go news ones won't come. I am moving soon. I don't have space to keep old shoes I don't wear..... Sob sob sob..........I am so sad to say Goodbye to this little pair of shoes. I will miss you dearly my shoes.


So now I am going shoes shopping.....Hope to find another pair of great shoes. ^^~~~

Mittelschmerz what? !

That day suddenly came across this word which I hardly pronounce and very surprised to find out its true meaning.

Mittleschmerz...tongue twister.

Mittelschmerz (German: "middle pain") is a medical term for "ovulation pain" or "midcycle pain". About 20% of women experience mittelschmerz, some every cycle, some intermittently.

This pain occurs during ovulation—the midpoint between menstrual periods, about 2 weeks before a period may begin. The discomfort can appear on either side of the lower abdomen depending on which ovary is producing the ovum (egg). Pain can be on one side of the abdomen one month and switch to the opposite side during the following cycle.Most of the time, it is a mild annoyance. In rare instances, it can be unbearable.

What? Meaning 20% of women = 2/10 girls will have this?
When you are half way through the month suddenly you felt :" Eh...Pain in my pubic region. Ah...my egg is popping out from my ovary." type of thing???
This is a really amazing and extraordinary human physiology.Guess it will come in handy if you are getting ready to make a baby.

Imaginary scenario:
Wife:" Oh~~~ Darling! I felt a sharp pain just now. I think is my egg popping out. This is the middle of the month too. Let's faster come make baby before the egg slip away~~"
Husband:" Yes. Madam."

Hhaahhaha.........That's so funny.

Ok. It is really till today then I find out about this. Must keep in mind and next time any patient come in I can explain what is going on.

Causes

Mittelschmerz is believed to have a variety of causes:

• Follicular swelling: The swelling of follicles in the ovaries prior to ovulation. While only one or two eggs mature to the point of being released, a number of follicles grow during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle (non-dominant follicles atrophy prior to ovulation). Because follicles develop on both sides, this theory explains mittelschmerz that occurs simultaneously on both sides of the abdomen.^[2]

• Ovarian wall rupture: The ovaries have no openings; at ovulation the egg breaks through the ovary's wall. This may make ovulation itself painful for some women.^[2]

• Fallopian tube contraction: After ovulation, the fallopian tubes contract (similar to peristalsis of the esophagus), which may cause pain in some women.^[1]

• Smooth muscle cell contraction: At ovulation, this pain may be related to smooth muscle cell contraction in the ovary as well as in its ligaments. These contractions occur in response to an increased level of prostaglandin F2-alpha, itself mediated by the surge of luteinizing hormone (LH).^[3]

• Irritation: At the time of ovulation, blood or other fluid is released from the ruptured egg follicle. This fluid may cause irritation of the abdominal lining.^[1][2]

Mittelschmerz Symptoms

Pain associated with mittelschmerz may take on various forms:

• Pain occurs on one side of the lower abdomen (can be either side).
  
  
• Pain occurs midway between menstrual periods (during ovulation).
  
  
• Pain can occur every month.
  
  
• Pain lasts anywhere from a few hours to 2-3 days.
