    Eat to survive

Not in the mood to be optimistic about the world this days. Though cooking is fun but I really don't have the time and leisure to enjoy it. I just cut cut cut and cook whatever that's available in my fridge.

Menu: the same old easy tasty Japanese curry. Found out that frozen chicken i got the other looks fine but stings. Options 1: Vegetarian Curry or Option 2: find another type of meat. Miserable fridge shows only hot dog... so there it is. Hot dog curry.

As usual, wash, clean, peel and cut.

Stir fried the onions to bring out the smell. This is not the usual why to cook it. It is just I like the fragrant smell as if saying: A great meal is coming up !

Throw in the rest of ingredients. Tip: Buy a pack of Japanese curry ready mix, turn it over read the instructions on the back. Clear directions. Just follow it, and u can add soya sauce, sugar whatever to your taste. Forewarn: it tasted a bit sweeter and more towards the Indian curry powdery taste. Some people might not like it.

This is what it is. Available and can be bought in Malaysia.

Here it is: My humble little dinner with soda. Filling nice hot meal, very satisfying. I miss home cooked meal badly. I am so so sick of outside food that instant noodles always taste better than that.

I am reading about Alzheimer's disease now. Interesting how our body works. A lot of disease the causes are unknown, idiopathic. Most of the time doctors, researchers just give the highest probability of possible factors contribute to that. It is depressive at times when I think of the conditions of AD, DM, HT, etc...
