    Experimental Cooking Time

Tiffany's Experimental Kitchen start to feel 'itchy' again. Can't resist to try out a few interesting looking dishes I saw in recipe book. I am just hungry and sick of all the outside food.

First is one of my favourite : Cola Chicken. ( Refer to the previous post.)
    It is simple and delicious.

I was kind of free when new sem just started thus try to cook something myself.

    Boil boil boil...

Lala~~ Smells nice. I put quite a handful of dry chili into it.

    Second dish: Wen Zhi Shao
Forgot what is called in Japanese. I just called it Japanese pancake. I bought all the ready made and prepared sauce and powder from The Gardens.

The one on the right is the pack full of powder mixer. Beware do not use all of it. Just half or 1/4. I almost can not finish. TOO Much.

Get the ingredients ready. When you bought the ready pack the recipe will be included. All you have to do is to chop anything u want to eat to small cubes ( a bit of prawns, sotong), 4 eggs, 500g ( depend on how big a portion, this is for 4 person.) cabbage chopped fine.

Put powder into big mixing bowl add water.

Throw in 4 eggs and stir~~~~~~~~~

Throw in the rest of the meat, prawns, sotong and continue to stir till sticky and pasty.

Heat a bit of oil in frying pan, pour in the mixture and cook till golden brown on both side. Then Wala~~ You have japanese pancake. Oops . I was too greedy and eat it up too fast forgot to take a pic after I sprinkled dry fish and sauce on it. Looked real delicious.

Third Dish: BBQ bacon and vege on a tooth pick.
    - Get a bottle of BBQ sauce
    - Tooth picks
    - Asbaragus
    - Golden mushroom
    - Bacon
Wash wash, cut cut, roll roll, stick tooth pick, put on sauce and put into microwave. Heat up. Apply sauce and ok. done.

    All roll up nicely.

Ready to serve!!! Super easy and yummy. Good for parties.

I am always very busy and short of time. Thus I always try to find the fastest and easiest way of cooking super delicious food that look as if spend a few hours on it one.

Hope in the future I will be a great cook. I always dream of cooking everyday a table full of nice food for my family, husband and children. I will especially love to make small tit bits, cup cakes, Chinese, Japanese traditional food too. Cooking is real fun just like Chemistry. Cooking always reminds me of Chem lab classes. Prepare all ingredients and get everything ready. read instructions follow correctly and 100% everything come out Ok or quite tasty. You won't really go wrong with that.

    Have fun cooking~
